How to Lose Weight
The answer to this question can be so complex it gives you a headache, but can also be really simple.
Eat as you Granny did. Meat, vegetable, salad, eggs, some simple breads and basically that's it. When you are looking at eating something think, was that around in 1940's?
Today we have incredible choices, every day when we go to buy food.
As many woman in my age group, early 50's we have carried that extra weight around our middles for 5-10 years. Do you want to get rid of it? If you cant eat like Granny, do what I did.
Use some low GI meals and shakes and nutrition bars to help you on the way.
